“Loved it”

“The cottages were very nice and clean. The area was very quiet and quaint. My wife and I felt like we were back in Germany. The free sampling coupons to the wine tasting and bourbon tasting were a big savings. The air conditioning was spot on! I will stay here again! Hermann is a beautiful part of Missouri! The views were breathtaking of the land, hills and the Missouri River!!”

“The property was recently updated with the amenities modernized. The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained.”

“The room had a floral perfume like smell to it which causes me migraines. There was no mirror in the bathroom which was weird. Hard to figure out how to do my hair. Only one mirror in the whole room and it was in a poorly lit area. The curtains didn't hang right do it let the light from the outside lights in the room. The breakfast was some of the worst I have had in a hotel. There were holes in the duvet and you didn't have a decent blanket to use for a cover. The water on our second...

“The property is nice and staff is great but in my opinion the property is way overpriced for what you receive and everything is an extra charge. I just expect more than a few sodas and other basic items included for $350 a night cabin. It was in wine country and they did not even give you a bottle of local wine!”

“The room was clean. The owners of the property were great…very informative about the area and answered all our questions. The location of the Inn was very good, within walking distance of most of the great shops and restaurants! The Taxi service we used was also amazing! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and every driver was very nice and friendly! Our stay was great! The area is beautiful!”

“Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely.”

“Needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was lacking.Shower made an awful noise. Check in gal was nice and bed was comfortable.”

“We loved this place- very unique! Clean and great communication from hosts.”

“The staff was super friendly. It was an excellent experience all the way around.”

“Good enough for the price I paid.”

“It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread. Instructions for everything available to utilize and operate were easy to understand. I can’t wait to go back and I will tell all my friends and...

“Excellent”

“It was a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better was a designated parking spot. We had a difficult time with parking and expected that to be part of the stay. We were told we could park behind the property but the Hermann Manor already had trucks parked there.”

“Travel down a dusty gravel road to this cozy tiny cabin. Was clean in the center of the living room, was dirty in corners, behind frig, under futon, and back bottom of toilet was visibly dirty with hair also. Gross. Not worth the money for a cabin not fully cleaned.”
